Ferox Inc.

Ferox Inc. (a Utah Corporation September 24, 1992) has organized a new
marketing arm which will operate under the name of Ferox International,
LLC. (a Utah Limited Liability Company March 1, 2007). At the Ferox
International organizational meeting (held on August 1, 2007), Dr. W.
Wesley Parish was elected Chairman of the Board and John W. Hill was
elected President by unanimous vote of the managing members of the LLC.

Advanced after market Ferox fuel additive formulations formerly available
to large commercial users will now be made available to the individual
consumer and the general public. Dr. Parish commented that it was the high
price of fuel at the pump that drove the decision to adopt the new
marketing strategy. Dr. Parish announced, "We are setting up an
international network of internet supported home based independent
distributors that will provide safe and effective and easy to use fuel
treatment products to the general public." Testing of the software that
will support the marketing effort is expected to be completed by August
15th with the North American launch of Ferox International occurring
shortly thereafter. Dr. Parish said, "Pre-launch activities are well
underway and pre-launch opportunities are currently available."

Initial product offerings will be based on the recently introduced patent
pending Ferox Fuel Tab. The Ferox Fuel Tab is a unique tableted solid fuel
additive formulation that cleans the combustion chamber and provides
improved fuel economy, lower emissions, reduced maintenance cost and better
performance.

Ferox Fuel Tab technology is based on improvements made in the original
Ferox fuel additive formulations developed at Parish Chemical Company
during the mid 1980's. Dr. Parish's early research on energetic materials
during the 1950's led to the commercial introduction of a series of
experimental burn-rate modifiers for use in solid propellant rocket motors
by Parish Chemical Company during the 1970's. A talented group of
technically trained chemists, engineers, and scientists working under the
direction of Dr. Parish then adapted and incorporated emerging aero space
technology into the current Ferox combustion formulas. The products are
effective in both internal combustion engines and open flame applications
with a wide variety of hydrocarbon and carbon based fuels including
gasoline, diesel, bio-diesel, heating oil, kerosene, coal and natural gas.
